Open Innovation and R&D together are a fundamental factor of competitiveness in both fast growing high-tech sectors and more traditional sectors. For the small but important group of technology-based organizations at the forefront of the quick development of new industries and technologies, innovating within internationalised networks is more than a prerequisite for success, it is a raison d'être. For the vast majority of the companies operating on more established markets, innovation is a means for continual improvement in product quality, marketing, management and logistics through technological updating and associated organisational changes. As a matter of the fact, a significant proportion of small firms, especially those operating in still fragmented and sheltered markets, have not yet developed a culture of innovation and lack capabilities and incentives to address more creatively evolving competitive challenges. Such a situation is unpractical in the long run, as the markets and large firms' strategies globalisation magnifies the effects of technical advances in transforming the competitive models in an ever increasing range of economic activities. In the long run, the possibilities for most SMEs to survive and create jobs will depend on their ability to put innovation at the core of their business.

The main areas for profitable collaboration are:

1)  Digital Transformation (DT) and innovation services, such as content management, supply chain and value chain integration, information standardization for electronic marketplaces, e-finance, e-government and e-commerce, knowledge management, intelligent search/retrieval and semantic access, knowledge sharing;

2)  All the Innovation actions are based on the SMACI (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, IoT) technologies and methodologies;

3)  Furthermore, focused high-value applications, such as engineering, design, maintenance and support services, have shown to be very well suited to the proposed solutions;

4)  In close relationship on the areas above, the group of Consultants is particularly active in the fund raising, particularly within the HORIZON EUROPE Programme (EC HEU) for the R&I, funded directly by the European Commission (and also in others R&I Programs Eg. PRIMA);

5)Cyber Security and Risk Management. The so-called cyber threat, due to its widespread, uncontrolled and transnational nature, today represents one of the most demanding challenges for all organizations. The cyberattacks are able to produce - potentially - effects comparable to those of war and to affect the exercise itself of the essential freedoms for economic and financial systems. Organizations are therefore transforming and organizing themselves to cover this risk and a radical change is underway: the creation of the “integrated and system security” model or cyber physical security;

6) Risk Management and Risk Assessment. By adopting a process of governance and risk management, in addition to maintaining compliance with laws and regulations over time, return on investment and support for innovation are achieved;

7)  Due diligence, External Auditing, Check-up to evaluate the actual innovation level and to propose the personalised Competitive Model;

8) Expert in Management , R&D and Technology Innovation for the Italian MIMIT- Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy - (inserted in the MMIT's Public Register ) particularly active in the evaluation of the R & I projects eligible for funding for Credito d'imposta per la R&I - TAX CREDIT FOR R&I - provided by Italian law and PNRR M1C2I1- TX4.0;

9) Innovation Manager as defined by the  Italian MIMIT (inserted in the MISE's Public Register of Innovation Manager) as defined in the DIRECTORIAL DECREE 29 JULY 2019;

10) INNOVATION MANAGEMENT and CONSULTANCY on ISO56002:2019, OECD Frascati Manual (for R&D) and OECD Oslo Manual (for Innovation);

11)  R&I activities, Marketing Plans, Business Plans e Marketing Communication;

13) Courses and seminars on the above subjects;
